Yeah I'm not against them being in there.. Just didn't have many people order them. A lot of the bigger, non corner store places usually have a fixin' bar type of thing with hot peppers and all that.

This is from working at two different cheesesteak places as a second job.. But I'm probably wrong and would love to argue about it for 10+ pages.

Plenty of people that actually live in Philly order cheesesteaks "wit' wiiz. Provolone is probably the top choice here though... Not put on the side of the roll like that pic though. Put on top while on the grill and melted in. Lettuce and tomatoe (cheesesteak hoagie) gets gross and soggy pretty fast so skip that. Don't know anyone that orders peppers in their shit. 90% of black people that order cheese steaks here get it with salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo. Mayo in a cheesesteak is also fucking gross.
