Fucked if i know what it is they have, but they were right up there with Iraq in the "Axis of Evil" list. The only reasons Iraq was first to be ATTACKED is that they were militarily weak and floating on oil. Bush dove headfirst into war in Iraq while ignoring diplomatic alternatives, and listed north korea as another "evil nation". North Korean diplomats have openly stated that they are furthering their missile capabilities as collateral protection against the US.

North Korea is just insuring their safety against what they call "agressor nations" (America), they wont actually use them on another country unless they were attacked. Remember a few years ago when America was saying how they would attack North Korea and Iraq at the same time? North Korea said they had Nuclear warheads so America went after Iraq's "WMDs" and attacked a much smaller, weaker nation instead. The fact that North Korea has some semblence of military force is the only thing stopping an American attack against them. -edited because my spelling is awesome.
