Yogurt is great, so is granola, tuna, protein shakes, salads w/ non fat dressing, lots of veggies, i eat chicken like 3 times a day, cereal is great too, you are onlyn supposed to eat red meats every 10 days or so because of their higher fat content, stick to fish and chicken. also, dont eat the yolkes of teh eggs, they are straight cholestoral, try removing the yolks, if you need some yolk, use 1 yolk every 3-4 egg whites, which are straight protein.
