@Dark_Knight I've never actually read Tchaikovsky either, and have him in my to-read list, I think I also had the Children of Time trilogy in mind. Red Mars and KSR was in my kindle for years before finally getting around to it. It's certainly sci fi but is also pretty political in the plot lines. I would say its worth reading but don't skip it to the front of the line if you have other things in mind as well. I will also likely read out the other 2 to finish the trilogy, eventually.
