most the time, the cops notice stuff that they can read... things like jim joe, papa loves baby, neckface, dickchicken, etc. just really bad handwriting pretty much but it stands out to civilians... therefore, they are more "wanted" than your average writer.

w/ some common sense, people can realize that she, the photographer is in focus so she is clearly taking a photo of the side mirror/reflection of herself. i feel stupid for even explaining that.

he did not buff the "hold" shit.. just a tiny bit of it, what's the big deal guys?

for someone to have say in who's "all city", they themselves must have some kind of reason to be traveling throughout all 5 boroughs consistently. not just seeing what happens to be up on your route to somewhere in each borough. w/ that said, currently what I seen the most of (consistently over the years): JA, VFR, 17
