  2. Ahahaha, thats real cute though
  3. Elart's style is getting more wierd by the year... I like...
  4. They make those lines with grey or other dot caps, and then they cut that line with the filling color.
  5. That jaded "T" was how I wanted it. I see a few things I could touch up, but the "T" isn't one of it. I know what you mean, but I am satisfied nonetheless. Thanks for the feedback though.
  6. Just messing around with handstyles, and characters Ugh, need a bit more work on my characters...
  7. Good contrast indeed, but I would not say the same for placement or the intent of putting a target right smack in the middle. In my opinion, its like looking at a big red rusty brick that got lunged right smack into the middle floor of a swimming pool behind a mansion. Great contrast, but the thing in the middle for me isn't very pleasing visually, and I don't see the great sensual purpose of it being there. It just looks like it doesn't belong there. But thats my way of looking at it, you can all see to it that you can look at it any way you want save for my lousy insight on a canvas.
  8. In my opinion, i'm not feelin' it.
  9. Feelin' everything in the canvo except for the black target dude.
  10. I applaude your well thought out and written post. I'm not very sure that the movie/television comparison can be as relative as to the point i'm trying to make regarding canvases and their applications, I for one have equal love to each and every medium and surface applied to. But thats besides the point. (A better comparison would be weather a Bboy can exibit his skills in an all out competition between another rival crew/solo, or exibit his talent in a show (with an ignorant crowd) for prize money and and still pull off the respect of the Bboy community. (You can think Salah from France)) What the actual point i'm trying to make, is that (in my opinion and experience) one simply cannot cross his/her hands and shake his head in severe defiance to simply say that he must stay an orthodox writer/bomber/artist (whatever the terminology has become in the writer realm, I do not know anymore) and accept weather the implication of graffiti on canvas for whatever purpose would be considered feasable for the advancement of graffiti as an entire movement, or utterly an abortive assertion of ones talent/skill to spell out a statement that will only reach to deaf ears. I will get more into it, but i'm at school and the bell has rung.
  11. Is it me, or do I always see it that it is the more dedicated bombers who are the ones who oppose the use of canvas. Let alone how alot are seemingly violent in nature. Just an observation though. Would you say, that rockin' pieces in blackbooks, wouldn't be considered graff? Oh, I certainly doubt that any government authority could put you behind bars because you would hit a few throwups on numerous pieces of paper. I have painted illegaly, and I have also painted canvas. I don't see the real difference. (figurativly speaking) Just too many seem to struggle with the decision to stay orthodox, or bend the rules a little bit.
  12. True. Aint gonna complain, i cant afford a scanner, and a friend with a good digital camera lives quite a bit of miles off. Next time.
  13. take two cans with one color you want and some other random one. Put the paint you want on the concave bottom of the other spray can, then chuck the paint at the canvas at certain angles to get the cool drippy or splashy non-spray effects.
  14. The Pivot-Ender kid once agian. PIVOT Pivot El Salvador
  15. I anxiously/humbly await as everyone accepts my wackness. For HeavyLox and Above, above, thank you for the great inpirations for the two years of blessing my computer screen with your sketches. I salute HEAVYLOX and ABOVE, Coutesy of yours truely, The Pivot.
  16. Em, is this a Trale piece? Very old style this is.
  17. I made the sketch. I have the say if its sloppy, whack, or something that came out of an ass of a camel. Anyways, to my standards its sloppy, because it took so long for me to do, laziness was the only option, since I forced myself to finish that piece. So, yes, i could have done a better job with that piece. It is sloppy. Maybe not in the photo, but in real life, it looks sloppy to me. Opinion stated.
