After my mates fight last night we joined him and a few of the other fighters for dinner (they are mostly of asiany backgrounds) one of them said "I get the best of both worlds. But HAL, to me it sounds like what you have could be a sinus infection. I had similar symptoms and they lasted more than the obligatory couple of days like the flu usually does. Just take as many anitcold drugs as you can and eat well.

Re: TEAM ALCO haha, yeah, it is pretty bizarre. But I never went to sleep til 7am, then woke up at 9:30. I fell asleep at 5:30pm, then woke again at 9. It is 9pm now. But yeah, time for some food and more beer!

Re: TEAM ALCO Ohh, Single malt scotch. I'm not much of a scotch drinker, but that looks inviting. The beers I ad with lunch knocked me out. I guess last night and the 3 hours sleep I got took it's toll. Hahn Premium. Wasn't too bad, hadn't had it in a while.

I have kicked it (herbs). You lose a couple of friends, but that is inevitable. But I will still have the occassional puff for certain occassions (partys/b-days) usually when I don't have to drive very far as it tires me out. The hardest thing to quit for me was sex. Like when you are with someone for a significant amount of time you get used to 'bacon and eggs sex' so when you were a nympho like I was it gets hard. But the funniest thing I find when I tell people to quit ciggies and they tell me how hard it is I laugh, tell them I am a sex addict, but you don't see me going around raping chicks now do you?

I actually left the cap off my radiator one time and went to a drive thru, and then all this steam started coming up from underneath my bonnet. I had no idea till I drove the 5 minutes home and it cracked my cylinder head for some reason. But yeah, haven't left my fuel cap off before though.
