Point taken, but I've always liked singles for egg sammies, like at a diner. My fridge is filled with many things. Tasty things.

Breakfast tacos w/ egg, onions, sausage and cheese, on handmade flour tortillias (not by me).

This was a great sandwich. I wish I had some tomato though.

Salami sandwich w/ diced onions and american cheese, broiled in the oven. Oh yes, italian dressing is awesome on a sandwich.

First I browned a few cloves of minced garlic in oil, added some diced green and red onions for the last 2 minutes, (I saved some of this mixture to make the garlic bread), then added a can of whole peeled tomatoes that I rough chopped (save 1/4 of the water from the can, add it in to de-glaze before the store sauce goes in), then added some rough chopped mushrooms, some italian sausages that I had cooked in the pan earlier; (after the garlic but before the tomatoes), salt and pepper, thats pretty much it.. once it was cooked to taste I added a few cups of some grocery store pasta sauce (mine was portabella and sausage, but any kind will work), cover with mozzerella, once melted, add in the pasta and mix it all up. The mozzerella will get pretty stringy but its worth the fight because it tastes so good. Hope this made sense, Im not used to writing recipies.

I should clarify, I did not all those meals in one day. I just made it look like that. That would be suicide. Very tasty suicide.

I like to cook. I should be 300 lbs. Breakfast: Omelette w/ garlic, sausage, jalepeno, and cheese Homefries w/ extra Texas Pete and buttered wheat toast Lunch: Two hot dogs w/ mustard, onions, and cheese, Homemade homefries w/ mushrooms Dinner: Penne w/ sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, green and red onions, garlic, mozzerella and parmesean cheese, Homemade garlic bread w/ sauteed garlic and scallions in butter and olive oil, cheap red wine and miller high life Start w/ the sausage. Then sautee the garlic, onions, green onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes (canned are best), in that order. Once the onions have caramalized, add in the cooked sausage and about three cups of your favorite pasta sauce. Topped with mozzerella and simmered until the cheese melts. This is a crappy pic taken way too early, before the cheese was nice and melted. I made the garlic bread by browning some garlic in oil and butter, and adding scallions at the last minute. French bread sliced long ways (I like big pieces), and broiled until brown. I cooked the garlic sauce before the sausage to add to the flavor. I only have one pan but with proper timing I think it adds to the meals overall taste. Mix in the boiled penne and top w/ a bit of shake parmesean (I love the cheap stuff). Drink some cheap red wine and see how awesome this tastes. I made this up its called skinny fat mans easy italian. Breakfast again: Omelette w/ sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, and cheddar cheese, Homemade homefries w/ texas pete and italian dressing (the secret ingreidient to the world best homefries), and a buttered bagel. What do you like to eat? I'm hungry.
