zone, when starting out, stick to black outlines on white paper.
it's boring, but the illest pieces will still look tight as fuck in
plain ole black and white. and when u do eventually get into colors,
start out with just two at a time, obviously complements are the
way to go: red with green, yellow with purple, blue with orange.
As far as developing your letters, keep the lines STRAIGHT, no
crazy curves. as long as the thickness of each "bar" in your letters
stays consistent, the shit will always look okay. just remember
these key words: PROPORTION, PLACEMENT, and !PRACTICE!
