  1. geist, beautiful, intimate shots with rich color. the lens on that Sony is a winner. i like the 2nd, 3rd and 4th shots best. nice! wreckonize, cute cat pic! ctrl+alt+del, cool keys shot!
  2. Thanks, glad you like. Not digital. 35mm print film negative scanned on my Epson 3200 flatbed. Minor adjustments in PS. I don't recall exactly, but I probably boosted the saturation a bit. Took the photo several years ago with my Nikon 8008 SLR. Nikkor 28-70 zoom lens.
  3. A few 35mm pics from my collection... scans of print film negs. Nikon SLR.
  4. beautiful shots GnomeToys... I especially like the first two. :)
  5. Thanks for the kind words all! Ckit, I love your cat pic. :) I use the Cannon Digital Rebel (6.3 mp). Used the "kit" lens (EF-S 18-55) for those 3 shots. Took them in the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers, which has an enclosed room with hundreds of butterflies flying around. Makes shooting butterflies a lot easier! All 3 shots were hand-held, probably 400 ISO. Used Photoshop to punch up the colors a bit. Since I took those last Spring, I've purchased the EF 28-135 and the EF 17-40 "L" series. I rarely use the kit lens any more. Almost all my graff shots in the Frisco thread are with the 17-40.
  6. Really nice work Napalm. I especially like the b&w landscape shots. The one with the fence running through the countryside is top-notch! :)
  7. Not to me. Would it bother you if it did?
  8. Very well said! Kudos!
  9. Well the problem is; you, bodice ripper, and milton mistakenly label me as a "homophobe" simply because I had a dispute with a queer. Your impotence is displayed by your blatant disregard of the facts and your blind labeling of people with the word "homophobe." I guess anyone that disagrees with a queer is a "homophobe"? All I said was that a queer should not be hitting on someone that they know is straight. I said a queer shouldn't force their beliefs on to others. All bets are off once he crosses that line. Respect my preferences and I'll respect yours. Actually Rage agreed -- but the insecure ones that love throwing the "homophobe" accusation around any chance they get just went on the offensive (you, bodice, milton). In fact I supported the Gay Marriage act. Why? Because I'm not going to be the one marrying another queer! They should be free to marry someone of the same sex, JUST AS LONG AS THEY DONT FORCE THEIR BELIEFS ON TO OTHERS. Quoted post [/b] I label you a homophobe based on the angry way you throw around the epithets "queer" and "fag" for starters. I label you a homophobe for your suggestion that "fags" who hit on you may deserve to be beat up or otherwise abused. I label you a homophobe for your obvious antipathy toward "fags" who don't conform to your standards. Did I miss something?
  10. What I notice about -Moe Lester-, Unemployed and other homophobes here is that they repeatedly demonstrate how extremely ignorant, boorish, simple, childish, backward, and malicious they are. What I notice about Rage, Nekro, Bodice Ripper and other gay and gay-friendly contributors is how very thoughtful, honest, brave, sensitive, enlightened and intelligent they are. Hmm. I pity the former. I admire the latter.
  11. :haha: :haha: Normal?! Funny stuff from a dude so into graff. How do you suppose most "normal" Americans feel about graffiti?! Seems like you'd prefer it if everybody acted just like you, Moe... talk like you, hair like you, walk, think and have sex like you. Then we'd all be normal, just like you. Right, Stud? *kisses* :haha: :haha:
  12. I understand the temptation, but if you're wise, yeah, you just don't do it. You gotta recognize reality. What made you think a declared lesbian would fall for you? You're asking to be hurt if you're a guy trying for somebody who doesn't dig guys. Pretty simple, really.
  13.    I live in SF too. 80% of the city does not "hate fags." Quite the contrary. This is probably the most gay-friendly large city in the country and one of the most gay-friendly cities in the world. It'd be remarkable if 80% of the city did hate gays, since estimates put the gay population of the city at upwards of 30%. My guess, Moe, is that the insular little group of bigots you associate with hates gays, but that has nothing to do with SF as a whole. Happy Holidays! :)
  14. This might sound like a dumb question, but does taking a shit turn you on? Just something I've always wondered about. Quoted post [/b] In a word: no. But that's just me. Your mileage may vary.
  15. Wrong. For gay dudes who dig gettin' screwed, the sensations are extremely pleasureable. That why we do it. Stimulation of the prostate gland, which happens when a guy gets screwed, feels really effin' amazing. That's partly why so many guys love it. So to guys for whom that kind of stimulation is hot, size definately makes a difference. Not to say that bigger is always better, just to say that size makes a difference, and that most gay guys have size preferences, 'least in my experience.
  16. Hmm. I'm gay and I think most people consider me more masculine than not. I don't resent queeny gay guys at all. They're often very entertaining, fun and brave. 'Course anybody who's constantly loud or obnoxious or intrusive can be annoying whether they're gay, straight, whatever. But just cuz a dude's queeny and flamboyant is no reason at all to resent him, at least for me.
  17. Honestly, yes, to a lot of gay guys I know. My observation is that most gay dudes prefer their partner(s) to have a bigger-than-average cock. A smaller number don't care that much and an even smaller number prefer their partner(s) to have a smaller-than-average cock. As usual, everybody's different. But yes, size does often matter, for better or worse.
  18. i never mentioned skating. *QUESTION* why the gay fascination with guys who are 'uncut'? there's a fascination with that? not among my friends. but for gays who do find uncut dicks fascinating, it's probably just like straight guys who find really big tits fascinating or straight guys who think a certain kind of big or round or petite ass is fascinating or whatever. we all have tastes and personal desires and gays who prefer uncut dick just happen to like that look or how an uncut dick feels as opposed to a cut one. but in my experience with all the gay guys i know, it's not the dominant preference, nor is it a big deal one way or the other. is it true that gays (like blacks) bleed tar? how did you know!? ;) do any of you actually paint, or are you just using graff as a way to pick up worthless dirt asses? don't paint. haven't picked up any worthless dirt asses yet either, so that angle is definitely not working out. i mostly just like to photograph graff. that's how i got into it. do rim jobs feel as good as i've heard? ive never gotten one...never really wanted one...kind of dont want one, but i've heard they're dope. anyone? again, as with most sex, it comes down to personal preference. some gays totally dig getting a rim job. some totally dig giving a rim job. they're both hella fun and both feel fantastic, at least in my experience. ok, thats all. phunk and iced tea, you guys can jump in at any time. this isn't some elitest club or anything...as long as you're down to suck a dick, you're in. i'm totally down with that! so i guess i'm in. thanks and woo-hoo! :)
  19. avid photographer, jazz and old-school funk afficionado, recent graff enthusiast, gay. i live, stereotypically enough, in San Francisco. check out, if you're so inclined, my more than 200 flix of SF graff starting on page 315 of the "Don't Call It Frisco" thread: here just found this thread and i think it's wonderful! i hope i can offer a useful point of view from time to time. :)
  20. yes, i've done them. it's a head rush for several minutes... makes me feel disoriented, loopy. a lot depends on the quality of the poppers, and how much i inhale. good poppers give me an intense, mellow, highly sexual feeling for a few minutes. bad poppers can make my heart pound uncomfortably and leave me with a nasty headache. good poppers also relax muscles throughout the body, so they can make it easier to get f*cked or to give head, which is why poppers are probably more a part of gay sex than hetero sex. as with all substances, use poppers carefully and in moderation! as to why straight people don't do them, i don't know... i suspect they would enhance some straight sex just as they do gay sex... any of you straight guys ever tried 'em?
