well i only shoot film, so no white balancing dont really care for digital editing too.. nice canonet btw.. used a vivitar 35es last summer and fell in love with these small compact rangefinders with fast lenses. vivitar is broken for now but im thinking about selling my crappy digital slr and buying one of them voigtlander bessa r series

dont know why, but last of the three or four parties ive went there has always been red light on djs.. some kind of a trend around here perhaps.. this last one i actually had red gel filter on flash too, i think. but im not intentionally shooting red, i just try to work with what i got.. just bought these cheap gel-filters in different colors too to make it more fun another one from that party, flash off

Reighley Looking for the Perfect Beat: The Art and Culture of the DJ and the other one is kind of a disco gem: Albert Goldman - Disco its mainly photographs, but also great written words in the spirit of the 70s. i actually scanned a lot of photos from that book, may dump them in here, if anyones interested. mostly black and white flicks of black gay men sweattin in the discotheques : )
