Well its good that you didnt admit to anything Its in the best interest that you dont say anything untill you speak to a lawyer, besides your name and contact information. Am i the only one that would go back and fuck up the thing I just got caught for so i could continue writing the same name? In my city, when I first got caught, I didnt go fuck up all the stuff around my area when they stole my sketch book, and they TRIED to charge me for a whole wack of shit around my area... and it took them 2-3 days to go and get around to taking pictures, I could have avoided a court case had I went the day later and buffed some tags and bombs.

i bring a boquet of roses so i can conseal my shotgun and cans of paint for when i need to reinact the terminator movie.

you dont know how good you have it untill you come to where I live.. we have about fifteen writers total maybe six of them get ups on a regular/semi regular basis. all the rest have either stopped, or only do legal productions whenever they are invited JUST because they are friends with people that do productions - the productions in our city look like horse shit. everyone knows eachother and only 4 people bomb now. I had to stop bombing at the pace I was bombing for over six months because of a bunch of court shit and im JUST getting back into it now. I'm moving to BC soon - i look forward to not knowing anyone there. I loved it when i didnt know anyone in the scene.

Hey there, you probley dont remember me - I posted here a thread a couple months ago about how I was getting charged for around 20 counts of graffiti in my city and what to do... I ended up getting my charges dropped, but if I get caught again I get charged for all of them within a period of one year - I cant remember the exact term used for the technicalities of my charges. Anyways... A month after my case and a couple people in my crew as well as other writers in my city have either been caught or put on the suspect list. And probley about ten+ people have been questioned asking if they know me. One of my friends that got caught said the cops said "Do you know (first and last name) he writes "Something I dont even write" - he got his charges dropped and we are still trying to convict him" Ive given all of the legal advice I can muster to the individuals being questioned now my question is - is there anything I can do via legal action for making refrence to my name?

yeah... i hired a lawyer and basically he said they didnt have a warrant to take that sketch so it will most likely get thrown out of court when he argues with the judge about not having a warrant... so its gunna cost me 2000$+ which is bullshit, but oh well.

lol.. whole story is a damn shame. my parents dont care that I write and know what I write, when the cops asked them if I did graffiti when they arrested me for racking they acted like they didnt know what the cops were talking about.... sad to see you have hitler as a father. say that he mollested you before and that he scared you into confession.

Why write? The fame is a big thing here, I go out of my way to hit radio stations, tv stations and news paper buildings. Im actually the only one in my city to do it - as well as hitting two running city busses. Second... My city that I reside in (Wont name) has a small ratio of graffiti writers. (About seven really serious writers) - and getting more ups will influence kids to start up and within five years i'll be some sort of "OG" in the graffiti game here. Stablizing a foundation is good.

yeah I know this mang... in the interrogation they told me: 1) they talked to other writers that were caught and said it was me. 2) they had me on video tape bombing and apparently witnesses that saw me. (at spots ive never hit before) - 3)they talked to the other friend of mine and he 'told everything'. 4)they tried to bargin with me and asked if i wanted to go with them and showed them the 'ones i did do' so i didnt get charged for any of them. at a point they made it seem like me tagging wasnt a big deal and almost got me to admit to it because of the whole psychological interrogation but I stuck to my story the entire time, adding in "I can see with the paper you have reason to believe its me, i dont blame you, but it wasnt me that did these" and stuff around that. --- they tried to get my friend to come in for questioning about me but wouldnt, they kept practically harassing him to come in for a talk and he was about to , fearful (like a panzee) that they would show up at his work - but they stopped contacting him. Reguardless, this whole ordeal is bullshit and only going to cost me time and money. ..... hopefully I get off on illeagle search and seisure or at least getting my lawyer to argue the fact that there was no paint or markers or anything related in my house other than those three pieces of paper.

thanks to everyone that put a comment down for real... everyone I talk to each has their own oppinion of what will happen. Kind of interesting, a lot of you get my hopes up by saying "they didnt have permission to take that sketch" then my aspirations are crushed by someone saying they had right to take it. haha... but yeah, im hoping to go to a program for the stealing so that it isint on my criminal record and the mischief charges getting dismissed.

yeah I know... Im hoping that I get off without having to spend that much of amount of money on legal services... I asked the cop on the ride home what he thought about graffiti and he said "Well they are all a bunch of losers and If I caught them I would pound them" do you think I could use that against them? lol.
