I believe any art you take up is good, and it matters how much time you put in to your training... Progressive resisttance is the key.. In my mind set and from what ive seen northern Shaolin kung-fu at the wushuguan temple is the greatist place to train, you live, breath, eat, and shit kung-fu... Thats my opinion but any art is dope as long as youy train hard, eat right, a great master/sifu, and proper rest you can achieve everything!!
