I was provided these photos and information by Brother xxxxx xxxxxxx Chairman. Per a meeting with UP last week, they have suspended remote implementation all over the system with the exception of Englewood Yard in Houston for at least 2 months, maybe more.

Figure 1 RCL, UP Y626, behind the auto rack it just overturned on March 10, 2004. Pictures 1-5 were taken by a bystander who witnessed the collision.
Figure 2 Eyewitnesses say this RCL struck the overturned car three times.
Figure 3 The auto rack is lying on main two (south main) and is fouling main one (north main), Amtrak Texas Eagle #21 had passed this location (MP 231) minutes before, arriving in Ft Worth (MP 250) at 14:51. The RCL job responsible for the derailment and collision went on duty at 13:00.
