skate spots. its not like i bring my board everywhere i go, but i'd like to see some dope spots that i can drool over when im out.
  2. i fucking hate it when ppl throw up nsfw posts. one day someone in my office is gonna see a huge cock and a busted ass girl's snatch all across my web browser
  3. i don't know if anybody suggested it yet, but deep fry the pickles. that shit is bomb and tell ur girl to make mad sammiches to accommodate said pickles
  4. i once took a bath at a house party before. shit was rad and full of lulz to this day edit: and mind u it was solo lol that was a fail on my part. but, at least i was clean
  5. go to a school for what it's known for. some are known for teaching credentials, business, engineering, bio, etc. and get ur degree in that particular field. im a full advocate of doing the toughest, and highest paid degree and going thru the bullshit at an early age for a better outcome down the line. google what majors get paid the best out of college. wanna major in psychology? ur ass better be focusing on getting a phd later on. u wanna stay in school for that long? can u commit to the time/making no money for that long? if you can, more power to u. if not, and u want money straight out of college, get to something else. now adays, BS/BA degrees are a dime a dozen. you need at least a masters degree to match unless it's a scientific field (i'm pretty much just talking engineering here). masters degrees are getting worthless also, esp. masters degrees matched w/ some shit like political science. the main goal is to make urself marketable after school. the more niche, "hard" and "exclusive" degrees pay the best. trade schools are good. my boy went to one, gets paid, but is also in major debt b/c of it. furthermore, since i'm writing on this topic, everybody wants to do what they "really" want to do in life for a living. that's awesome, if you can, even better - im jealous of you. but, until that time comes and u can take that great risk of not making money, and being broke as fuck until you reached that moment of success, get a degree that pays well - even if it isn't ur first choice.. who knows, maybe you'll like it. i've stated quite a few times on here that i'm an electrical engineer. i fucked around in HS, and buckled down in college. i had a goal of making money. big sized money. and i wanted it right out of college. now it wasn't the first thing on my want-to-do-list for life, but i enjoy it, i make good money, and i've met all my goals that i've wanted, plus more. if i so incline to take that step, and really pursue my no. 1 job choice (professional skateboarder) at least i have an awesome degree to back me up if i fail (and i'm banking on me failing for becoming a professional skater lol) it's your life, but don't short hand urself. u'd be amazed on what u can accomplish. just remember to have a strong hustle. well, if ur hustle amounts to the pot head who lives at home w/ mommy and daddy, then ur fucked. but, if u can at least hold ur own the slightest bit, and esp. have the support of ur family, u can accomplish something quite rad. do wutever u want, get money. that's what it comes down to. i'm not saying school is the only way. there's fools on this forum that hustle, and hustle hard. they make good money w/o going to college, and got their shit on lock. but, im banking on ur hustle not being anywhere near some of these dudes getting hood rich. it's not like they've taken the easier way out either. the time and effort for those folks making good money w/o a formal education amount just as much, if not more, than ppl who may go the education-route. as far as colleges, JC are a good idea if u keep on track. otherwise, re-read what i wrote above. it's just 1 insight to this topic. or u can just slang coke.
  6. THIS THREAD IS AWESOME and this: don't know if it was posted or not
  7. it is.. but it's still a miata.. i rather see this
  8. i just saw a dude in here w/ the sn "prawn laksa" order laksa if you can. its a coconut milk soup based noodle dish that's fucking rad
  9. i was jus there not too long ago. i love that city. eat as much as you can, the 24 hour food stalls/hawkers are awesome. shopping is a must..malls everywhere. get a tattoo there, tons of shops.. far east plaza has a couple in there. eat hainanese chicken. go to santosa island. go to clarke quey..its like an entertainment plaza w/ lots of restaurants and bars. public transit makes it really easy to get around. go to little india's open markets.. shits wild chinatown is pretty dope. go on the flyer (world's tallest ferris wheel) wear loose fitting clothes. it's hot. the water is clean there.. u can drink from the faucets safely if you dare. as anthony bourdain stated, singapore is "food heaven." trust that, the food is off the hook. orchard street is the main shopping area. don't throw your butts on the ground, don't spit, don't chew gum, and witness rice rockets galore. i can go on and on, if you wanna know more hit me on the PM.
  10. seffiks hit me back! i sent ya a PM yesterday
  11. lol this car was so fucking small for a cadillac when it was brand new, i bet that shit was the bee's knees. leather interior, leather roof (on the outside like i described earlier) power seats, windows, etc. it even had the back window all leather-trimmed out to look like a limo but by the time i go it, it over heat when i drove w/ a passenger, didn't go up steep(er) hills (just wouldn't make it up the hills), blown hoses everywhere, wouldn't start, brakes were sooooo bad that i'd drive w/ him hand on the e brake the entire time..i've blown a couple reds b/c i couldn't stop in time. had an idle problem/altenator problem that forced me to keep the brake down and rev the engine to about 3k rpm just so my engine wouldn't die (putting it in neutral would cut the engine off), a/c didn't work, and was just overall a complete shit bag of bolts gawd i hate that car but if i had the chance to get it back, i'd stip out the engine and slam it on some bbs'
  12. my first car made the top 10 worst cars list cadillac cimarron: http://carguy.today.com/2009/07/20/8-worst-cars-to-own-cadillac-cimarron/ but mine had a leather roof to make it look like a convertible (which it was not) and i can't even count how many problems that thing gave me. as of right now, i drive one of the most reliable cars on the road.. 02 honda accord. i love my car
  13. hit the snooze about 2-3 times take a long ass shower.. half the time i'm sleeping in there for my regular mornings brush teeth get dressed grab wutever i need for work/the day and mandatory coffee & cig in the morning when i get to the office every. single. fucking. day. weekends on the otherhand, i wake up as late as i possibly can and grab a cup of coffee and have a smoke
  14. ??? this isn't my experience, as i still live in so cal lol maybe were u north of me? but korean spots are the jump off for cheaper prices.. including fresh vegetables and what not. side note: i went to some chinese noodle house in philly (chinatown) where the hand make their noodles. u can watch them make it while eating..twas pretty cool there's a place in OC taht i know of that makes soba noodles and udon noodles like this..flinging it in the air and what not
  15. i love mitsuwa. i used to live literally 1 block away from one... for those who don't know: its just a japanese super market - which translates to japanese treats, foods, drinks, alcohol, and other misc. items. since this is a japanese market, this also means expensive. like 10 dollars for dove shampoo expensive. the food court is bomb tho.. i love the katsu stall and santoku ramen stall. i'm not sure if the food court has the same food stalls in every mitsuwa, but the food is good nonetheless if u want cheap(er) asian snacks, hit up a korean market.. like shrimp chips at a japanese place (or even a albertsons or safeway) would be like $1.99 for a bag, where at a korean spot would be like 3/$1.50 the spot thats near me, has a bunch of random stores, including a big book store - for those who want to get the hella jdm anime fix
  16. interesting. i just sold my fixed gear last night at least you got a brake
  17. i prefer black, white, grey's, and earthy tones (khaki, greens, browns, maroon, etc) i wear XLs i'd rather buy a shirt that is: A. well constructed - stitching is strong, soft cottons, a bit on the heavier oz. for the fabric used. etc B. on the slimmer, and LONGER side - this prevents the shirt from shrinking into a "fat man" shirt where it gets wider & shorter from a wash C. it has to have a TIGHT and strong collar opening. i fucking HATE shirts that stretch out in the collar region. it's sloppy looking and makes u look like ur in the 3rd grade i'll pay the extra dough for a good quality t-shirt. i'm not really one for graphics, but if u come up with something clever that is printed on a shirt w/ A-B-and C qualities, it's more of a bonus
  18. keep em that way. just change the color of the laces
