oh, and one of my dad's mates was on a international flight (Singapore to sydney) and he realised that the source of a putrid smell was the guy who'd just quietly died in his sleep right next to him and had lost his arse....it was a full flight and all they flight crew could do was put a blanket over the body... he was comped some first class tickets..

regional flight from Sydney...sat next to this freakishly stupid fat sweaty pimple-faced 35 year old dude...he started talking at me before we even took off about how he he'd been staying with his bro in the sticks, getting on it every night for a month or so...after a while I opened a book so he'd stop talking to me....didn't work. pretended to go to sleep so he'd shut up...my head's against the window, my eyes are shut, but he's still making some inane comment or asking me some dumb shit every 30 seconds. luckily those regional flights are so buses and they let people off at regional stops so different seats soon became available
