  1. i cant be fucked scrapping over whos scene is better. i'd rather agree to disagree. i guess it all comes down to personal preference, so call me bias but im gonna stick with nz.
  2. without even thinking?! but u edited ur post. so why would they "burn" NZ. come on mate, support ur statement. and the funny thing is, u've heard of nesian mystik, yet i havn't heard of a single one of those above. plus wogs and white boys don't count. and u can't claim fame from any of the islanders, cos they're all from here.
  3. ha, yea maybe, but i was talking on the whole. lets see, we have.....nesian mystik, che fu, scribe, p money(or came second in the world dj battles not so long ago), dj sirvere (who mixes it up with the best rappers in the world aswell as NZ), dj remenis, deceptikonz, mareko (who recorded in LA with some big names) the list goes on, not to mention that NZ is more known for hiphop than ozzie. even our writers rival some of ur best:king: whoa, beat that:tongue:
  4. is this the feesh and cheeps thread?  aussie doesn't have any good hiphop or MC's, what r u on about? NZ is where its at!:king:
  5. ha! i reckon....an i thought the poms knew how to take the piss?! :nope:
  6. new zealand! but not for the biggest scene, just the fact that for such a small country we have a handful of the worlds best writers, in a scene that is very much alive and growing, who are taking NZ graff places and giving us a name. guys like ASKEW and his crew TMD who put in the hard yards.shot.
  7. that puts things in perspective.:lol: but seriousily.
  8. ditto again. i take that approach, its unsuspecting to some people. most people suspect writers to be a scruffy unshaven bunch, which is largely correct. but how many would suspect a guy who was cleanly dressed in a more fitted outfit? not many id say. i myself suspect everyone. its safer. but not everyone is as careful.....
  9. ditto. u can never be too careful, and try and be dead onto-it.
  10. JUSTSEZ that first bomb is wicked bro. good stuff.
  11. i aint gay. i just noticed u took offense to my story and took it all the wrong way. look man, no need to get aggro over it. lets leave it at that, im not looking for beef here.
  12. u sound homophobic. that usually means ur gay urself. ever thought about that? now whos laughing
  13. i was out hitting the tracks under this bridge (the road was overhead). i was finishing off the outline for a big ass bomb, adding the last bits an peices, and i see this dark figure heading my way from the trainstation. my first thought is aah fuck, cop. but he gets closer and hes at a more of a shuffle kinda pace, so im thiinking its a bum now. wrong again. finally hes in full view and its some young guy, looks in his mid-20's, cleanly dressed, normal looking bloke who looks a little lost. so i ask him if hes lost or something. he takes awhile to reply, then says "...nah im just looking fo a place to jack off, do u mind if i do it over here?" and im thinkin, faarrk!? he was about 30 metres away so i just said yea go hard but stay over there. the last i remember he was droppin his daks and i had just finished off painting. fuck that, i gapped it. didn't stick around for the aftermath.:shook: not a story to fear, just some real strange shit.
  14. look, i'll critique ur stuff. but for fucks sake mate, u never mentioned anything about havin to register on fotango!:huh2:
  15. too fucken right. why do people start these pathetically pointless threads. isn't the sole act of painting satisfaction enough? case closed. faarrk!:heated:
  16. hhmm to most of the general public its just all "tagging" it figures.no one will explain the differences because barely anyone will listen. the New Zealand media is starting to listen to our voice, but its taken awhile, and only through persistence have they succumbed and finally awakened to whats been there all along.:scream:
  17. i agree with you fully on this one. im the same, i try to be picky about my locations, preferably the industrial areas or tracks, or any empty space that won't be too much of a personal thing. but yea, every now and then u can feel a little guilt. i write because i love the idea of using spraypaint as a medium. its different, it gets a reaction out of people. i also like the way well and rightly placed graff gives the urban area some character and the fact its infamous advertising at its roots. i don't like to bomb over a wall that already has proper artwork of some sort on it, whether it be a piece or by paint brush, and as RINSE said (some where on this page) "i like to kill empty space". i know there are those who say; fuck it, i'll do what i want, why should i care etc. and i say they have the right to say so, i don't agree with them, but hey, whatever floats ur boat. i think u can justify graffiti to certain people, not all. thats the way it is, as u mentioned its like handing out pamphlets, u either check it or trash it.... so therefore i don't try and justify my reasons for writing to someone whos not going to listen or has a narrow minded view on it.

what the fucks goin on here? what happened to all the conversations in other realted threads about telling toys/start-outs to stop asking online and find out the old way. the experimental, try shit out yourself way. aaah but whats the use really?! they keep doing it. someone might aswell start a graff 'how-to' school for fucks sake. :spent: :heated:
