I'm having problems with seeding... I download albums pretty fast, but seeding always just stops right after it starts..
I used bitlord first, then read that its a shitty program, so now I'm using vuze and having the same problem.
downloaded utorrent, downloaded an album 60mb after 3 hours of seeding my ratio is .005fuck this shit.
Remember when publicenemyno.3 said its so simple? And i said no, there's a lot more to it? This is what i'm talking about. I'll try and explain before i have to clock in.
Basic BitTorrent: If your torrents have a high number of seeders (uploaders), with a low number of leechers (downloaders), then you wont be doing much uploading. So your ratio will stay low.
For example, say you're downloading:
Pee.In.publicenemyno.3s.Butt.XXX.DVDrip-12OZPROPHET
Seeds: 181
Leechers: 4
So there are 181 people fighting to upload to the only 4 people downloading. Its not going to work.

my video card was being a homersexual for a bit there, but i jerry rigged it and it works again.
the fan failed, and i couldnt get it to work, so what i did was take the cpu fan off the case and kinda laid it not on, but right next to the card. and now it's good. hopefully it'll stay alright until i can afford a new card.
but aside from that --
i've been playing Ivy the Kiwi for the DS. Game was made by Yuji Naka, the creator of Sonic the Hedgehog. It's a pretty fun game, can get a little wonky at times but over all pretty solid game. here's a video -
I also just downloaded Braid, which is really really good. Glad I decided to download it.
You're just now getting into Braid?? I figured you had played and loved that game already. We seem to have similar game tastes.

Question should probably go in the support thread. Anyway I was wondering if I jailbreak my current 3G can i use the internet off the phone for my house computer??? I got a kid on the way and our utilities are almost 1000 a month. Would like to cut some bills if possible. Then I can cancel my internet and house phone... Thanks in advance---A
Yes, its called tethering. There's a jailbroken app called MyWi that will basically make your iPhone a wireless router: http://www.intelliborn.com/products.html
There's also other apps that will do similar. And also depends on what service you have, etc.

Though if you're using the "stealthed" Backup Manager mod, i would dump it asap. It breaks more than it attempt to fix, and might do you more harm than the latest official BM.
