Not really the time of year for Mojitos - but fuck it, they are delicious!
* 4 mint leaves
* 1 lime (muddle w/mint)
* 1 ounce simple syrup
* 4 ounces white rum
* 2 ounces club soda
* 1 sprig of mint (for garnishing)
* crushed ice

They can be made so much better.. For a basic Mojito adding a dash of 7 for sweet and lemon for body can add a surprising gloriousness to it.
And cant for get Raspberry Mojitos. If you have the resources rasberrys muddled with the Limes and simple rock. Also try using Raspberry Cruzan. Although there are soooo many variations of this you can use RazzBerry liqueur and/or Pama for color AND flavor.. Whats so fun about bar tending is the experimenting and making drinks just how you and your friends like them.
To Sneak:
Easy solution.. Call Distributor.. If a bar problem is beyond my genius I've found out (the hard way) that its best not to mess with it and get a pro in there. Mistakes can be costly in many forms.

I first heard of Sam Adams Utopias last week. Apparently its has the highest ABV of any commercially produced Brew on the market @ 24%. They make a batch every few years and bottle it. Why have i never heard of this? Am i the last person on earth to know

Not gonna lie i drink everyday.. But whats considered drinking. Cause i certainly dont get intoxicated everyday. Usually have a beer of three after work or with the associates but i certainly dont get wasted every day.. prolly wasted 1-2 times a week

And doesn't matter what mods you nominate its not something a mod can't fix its the whole board in general. Its like one of those nightclubs that is the shit for like 3 months then all of a sudden they make Thursday an Asian night then the Asians take over the club you show up on a Saturday and end up thinking to yourself am i at the right club. CH0 has gotten absolutely terrible. I get on here every day to try and find something interesting. I typically make it a point to scroll down the entire first page to find something cool to occupy my time. I used to get stuck every 3rd or 4th line with a interesting thread.
Nowadays? I typically look at great pictures and the rest of the first page of threads is all trash.. with maybe 1 or 2 good ones scattered in..
Theres just no real quality here anymore.
Granted there will ALWAYS be arguing and people being people but theres nothing interesting. Nobody cares about you and your girlfriend.. or ONE FUCKING YOUTUBE VIDEO YOU FOUND.. Or anything that typically has to do with your daily life that everyone can associate with.. Its just not interesting. Start talking about real shit..
and by real shit i mean shit thats happening in the world..
