hey fiend what pens do you use to outline thosE? are they just caligraphy pens? ive been trying forever to find something that can make those kinds of lines but with no luck.....

im looking for a good night time digital camera under $500, im kind of new to photography in general so any information on a camera or just qualities i should be looking for in a good digi camara would be appreciated right now i have a olympus stylus 300
