if you beat these kids to a bloody pulp ... to a wilted 3-month-old iceberg salad of recognition ... ...the same thing would happen next week. Some brand-new toy who simultaneously discovered graffiti and 12oz ten minutes ago ... and has never heard of anything or anyone ... would do the same exact shit without having 2 cents worth of any dues paid and having never dealt with so much as a broken fingernail. And he'd post his whole memory card worth of garbage flicks on here immediately after. And then some dickhead who knows no one involved would insert their bullshit commentary into the situation. And some other dickhead who knows less than the first dickhead would show him an "emoticon" or some other horseshit. "Internet debate" would be sparked. Still not involving anyone the debate was over. By that time the the brand-new toy, who dissed whatever, will have stopped writing and gotten into fucking kayaking or something. You wont even be able to find them. Police will have a new stockpile of leads on the actual writers involved, due to the layers of information so much "debate" has offered. Internet groupies the world over who've never taken a pencil tag on notebook paper will have a kaleidoscope of nuanced opinions & graf "perspectives" they all feel desperately inclined to share, and graffiti will continue to plunge down to the level of the gilttery stickers you get at budget close-out stores where you can still get gold red devil. This process will continue until we all muster up the balls to leap off the top floor of our buildings.

I read an interview in the Post with Nicky Barnes saying that the movie's portrayal of Kuma was completely inaccurate, and that the roof spot pictured was actually a street-level piece done with a different color scheme.

This show is leaps and bounds better than the Sopranos. Definitely my favorite on TV.

Nice thread. I've been looking at this site off and on since, like, 2000 I think. Ast told me about it and sent me a link to one of his threads. I didn't realize what was going on and responded with a personal comment about what was up with him and where he was living; I thought it was a private board or whatever. A moderator edited it and wrote something like "NO PERSONAL INFO DUMBASS." Haha. There was an SF forum called HiFi Art I used to check back then, and one called Tagpage. Tagpage was hilarious. And then Artcrimes since the mid 90s. I actually used my art teacher's computer in high school to look at Artcrimes and print shit out from it. Mad low-res back then. I also remember first seeing the 12oz mag. It was number 3 or 4 and it was just sitting discarded on a table at a random Kinkos in Florida, like someone forgot it. Shit was dope, I definitely kept it and studied the flicks.

Nice! Over the years I've heard stories about Tens and 8ball coming pretty correct on North Jersey highways. Wish there was someone on here with more of those flicks to bless.
