Well, I'm a painter. (Not your grandma's house, but large-scale gallery pieces.) These days, most of my paintings (See: abstracts thread) are 30x40 and larger, so I need space for those. Especially considering I have almost a hundred out in the wild at any given moment. Also, I build and restore vintage BMX bikes and road bikes as well. Also-also, this space is right in the middle of the cool, hip neighborhood of my city, so when I get too wasted to drive home, I can go recover here on a couch for a few hours. Who knows? Maybe I'll sit in here and write another book as well!

Just rented out this space tonight. Gotta' clean it out and set it up still.

Okay, I know this is the wrong section and I'm a fuckin' moderator and I should know this shit, but guess what? I don't and I've been drinking. Every time I come back on here these days, it says I'm not logged in, but when I go to my "dashboard" or make-up mirror or whatever it is, it says I'm logged in, then I end up in a death spiral of frantically clicking Big Mac ads, just so I can post or something. I checked the little box to stay logged in but it never sticks. Help an old man out. I didn't grow up with this internet and junk...Wait, actually I did. It's just that navigating this site is gay these days.

Yes and no. My mother had me when she was 42. She had 2 daughters from a previous marriage that were almost 20 years older than me. By the time my life was in shambles, the daughters (My half sisters.) had turned their backs on my mom from their own downfalls and started their own families. One half-sister tried to take me at one point, but bureaucratic bullshit got in the way and she eventually gave up.

Nope. Just 2 other sisters and I'm still learning about the whole situation so it's all relatively new to me.

Her: "I used to cry when I'd go to Home Depot and see a grandpa pushing his grandson around in a cart, knowing they were spending quality time together and bonding." Me: "I used to cry when I'd see a sandwich and a warm house with people living comfortably in it."
