somewhere in holland Serbia. trainspotter says, "ZS restaurant car (unfortunately with a lot of graffity) in the Bar-Beograd train. The choice was limited but the schnitzel with salad and beer were actually very good."

Or, about as many minutes as, how many licks to the center of a tootsie roll pop?

Whoever asked about the 70k video, there's a link to the torrent here... http://www.grafftorrents.com/?cat=3

Re: Don't Call it Frisco anyone got a flick of the BENZ trackside between 19th Street + MacArthur before they buffed it?

you gotta admit they got ups... and Readable in-your-face ones at that. whole different culture there. shows you can do anything you put your mind to... if you haven't been bus-hopping, watch some more of those santiago videos... my one time in sanfran, with a guy from bst, all the muni driver could do was yell out "What you do my train! What you do my train!" as we jumped off at the next stop... another corner, another five buses to choose from... you can get lost in a crowd so easy there... three cheers for market street

it's not a dumb question from the first railways in the 1830s, until the 1960s, it was common for small railroads, or even large railroad-companies on branch-lines, to operate passenger coaches mixed with freight service. these were called 'mixed' trains. In Mexico and in a few places in the USA, Mixed trains ran until the 1970s. today, if you see a passenger train car on a freight train, it is probably being delivered to a new owner, or moved somewhere for storage or repair.
