Going to sit you down and be real with you for a second. The level of stuff you're getting right now will forever be the level you recieve. No one who actually does/did graffiti (and therefor has any sort of skill when it comes to letters) would participate in this.
Unfortunately same goes for anyone that would attempt to produce something like this, which means for as long as you are producing this show you will be seen as a culture vulture. Someone who put no real time into the culture, but is attemping to reap the benefits of a culture that appears simple and "cool" from the outside, but actually is a lot deeper than a bunch of kids posturing and writing their names on things.
Good luck in whatever you do after you come to the realization this won't work out for you

A guy that is 35 was trying to hammer a sheave onto the shaft of a supply fan motor.
He mushroomed the shaft, so I got to spend an hour or so filing down the shaft and putting on a sheave that was the correct size.
Same guy was working with another guy, it was around lunch time but they needed to lower some stuff off the roof so the one guy goes down the ladder, and 35 year old guy is supposed to rope things down. He ropes one thing down, brings the rope back up then nothing happens for 5 minutes. Guy at the bottom of the ladder goes up to see what's going on to find 35 year old dude eating his sandwich because he was hungry and it was lunch time.
