  1. ^ Tetley's or John Smith's, but I don't believe they're available in the states. Foster's makes a bitter, but it's weak. If you could buy Voll Damm, I'd recommend that, so instead I'd say anything from Stone or Boulevard.
  2. Keys, phone and wallet are pretty standard. Leaving home without my watch is really the only thing that gives me that nekkid feeling.
  3. I've got a bunch of shit going on, but honestly the only thing that really matters is the CCS/AMRA motorcycle races. woot!
  4. I've missed a few episodes, but I managed to catch the two they aired last night. Just awesome. Now I'm gonna have to watch the episodes I missed online to get back up to speed. The Brazilian woman...just plain hotness...and Kate...yeah.
  5. what's up fuckers. looks like you guys have been busy as hell. I've got a bunch of pages to go back and look through. hopefully I'll even find some time to post up some of the stuff I've been working on lately.
  6. damn...looks like some heads are gonna roll. http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/state/20070423-1038-ca-recorddrugbust.html ALAMEDA – The U.S. Coast Guard on Monday began unloading more than 40,000 pounds of cocaine seized from three ships off the Central American coast, including one bust called the largest in U.S. maritime history. The Coast Guard boarded a 330-foot ship heading north off the Pacific coast of Panama last month and discovered about 38,000 pounds of cocaine in two shipping containers, officials said. The bust was the largest single sea-based seizure of cocaine by a U.S. agency, Coast Guard Petty Officer Brian Leshak said. In another bust off Panama's coast last month, a Coast Guard cutter chased down a cigarette-style speedboat carrying about 2,000 pounds of cocaine, officials said. The Coast Guard in February intercepted an Ecuadorian-flagged fishing vessel allegedly loading cocaine into speedboats off Mexico's coast. The fishing vessel's crew set fire to their ship to destroy the evidence and tried to flee in the speedboats, but were caught, according to the Coast Guard. About 900 pounds of cocaine were seized. The Coast Guard detained a total of 32 crew members in the three busts. The cocaine, with an estimated street value of $500 million, will be turned over the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, which will take the drugs to Miami to be destroyed, Leshak said.
  7. Re: Shit The Shit The Shit The Shit The Shit Thread I don't see any red flags being raised. Sounds more like she's just venting to get it all off her chest to me. I know several active military personnel that feel exactly the same.
  8. Re: motorbikes! 8.9 apr and $2500 insurance a year? Jesus. I paid cash for mine.
  9. 33,000 in ONE day? Holy hell. The most calories I've taken in was probably around 35,000 a WEEK when I was seriously racing mountain bikes.
  10. Re: motorbikes! Lucky? Haha...if only you knew what I paid for it...and how low my insurance is. 15000 rpms...every single revolution sounds like music.
  11. Re: motorbikes! Haha...yeah. I jumped on looking for a link I posted on here a while back. Thought I'd stick around for a bit and post some shit. Plus...I got a new bike. Yadidillywhatever....yeah...it's definitely the shit. What's up with all the Yamaha heads in here? Honda's owned the World Supersport title since '03. Just saying. ;) Clue...nice whip btw.
  12. Tom Condon, one of the biggest sports agents in the business is a regular at one of the off spot bars I frequent. Can't really call it a dive bar, because it's a really, really nice place...just hidden a bit. Anyway dude's pretty damn cool for a guy in his position.

Hey, what's up Joker? Good to see you're still racing. I still do a wee bit of cross racing on occasion, but really don't have any time for training due to all the other "stuff" I have going on. I believe the cross nationals are in my neck of the woods this year...and next. If you go, be sure to holler. Badger Cycles. I checked his website and it looks like it's having some difficulties, but Rob's one of my friends and he makes one hell of a bike. Paul, of Rock Lobster fame, really helped him out getting started. If you're ever interested in one...drop my name.
  14. Re: motorbikes! The Kawi's and the f4i's are gonna be the most comfortable sport bikes out there. Gixxers will be the worst. They've got the raciest geometry by far. I've heard the Kawi's are also prone to transmission problems. Something with the shift pins.

yeah, seriously, who gives a shit what you ride as long as you ride. I've damn near got every bike possible except for a high wheeler, bmx and a trike. Last count was something like 23 bikes. I really gotta thin the herd. The last nice bike I bought was a custom Rock Lobster 29er. I'm running it as a SS, rigid fork and disc brakes. Love that bike. Vanillas are dope...and so are Badgers. I'm kicking around the idea of getting a custom cross bike seeing as how it's the only racing I still do.
  16. Hey, what's up cinched? Alright, from what I can tell they both have the same exact number of rooms minus the patios. So the only difference is paying nearly twice the rent for more space. It's been a long ass time since I've had a roommate, but as long as you have your own room and a central common area to hang out in...I don't think you really need more space. It's more to clean and it'll cost more to heat and cool. Patios/porches are cool, but as long as it has a decent yard, it's more or less the same thing. Fireplace is dope, but would either of you really use it? I'd go with option #2 and save some franklins. Walking distance to bars and close to friends is very dope as well. Especially if you want to get away from the roomie...you can just walk across the street.

I finally broke my old cannondale mtb bike and those fuckers refused to warranty it. Luckily I ended up trading a former teammate a front wheel, left brake lever and a brake for a four year old or so Specialized Hard Rock. Homie was looking to down size and wanted to build a fixie. Right spot...right time.
  18. yo shameless...I'm looking at picking up an 02 S2000. take it easy bro.
  19. WooHooo....its been over 4 years with this moniker and I've had a blast on 12oz. Many thanks to Raven for the site and everyone else on here who kept me entertained over the years. I'd name names...but inevitably I'd forget someone...so thanks to all. Thanks for the gold watch....stay classy 12oz. I'm out.
  20. Re: Shot it in her Bot Thread I'm about to get my gold watch and snowbird status. woo-wooo one more.
  21. Re: Calling All Catholics fuck...I'm catholic...well...I was raised catholic...and I don't get tomorrow off. also...fuck converting.
  22. I already flipped my rims. Weather is supposed to be really nice out here...so my plan is to just ride bikes all weekend. I finished building my 29er Rock Lobster the other day so I'm gonna have to split time between the dirt and asphalt. Sunday...I'll pretend to be the good son and visit the rents for dinner.
