Later part of London's Park Lane was closed to traffic after reports of a suspicious vehicle. A Scotland Yard spokeswoman said that Park Lane was closed at Marble Arch to Hyde Park Corner and a 200m cordon put in place. It would also affect part of Oxford Street and people were being asked to leave the street but were not initially being evacuated from buildings in the area, said the spokeswoman. Sources close to the investigation said that the Park Lane closure is linked to the discovery of a vehicle at an underground car park. It is also believed to be linked to the investigation into the Haymarket car bomb. At the moment it is not known if the vehicle at Park Lane contains a device.

I use prismas they arent bad. the blenders are pretty much jsut alcohol which you can get in a lot of places. I have also dipped the blender tips in Goof-off and used the Goof off to loosen the colors and blend them a bit.

use what ever you can get your hands on. Mix and match. pantone markers are good. i haven't used design markers in years. A lot of paint markers.

as a child in the south, all my teachers used paddles as a means of discipline; even my bus driver had a paddle. He used to pull the bus over and lock the doors and walk back to the area he thought was fucking up and jsut starting whacking fool in that general area. but as far as a means to welcome 'in coming' freshman, this screams non-hetro!
