  1. Bump for Kapes Nalgas Grandes!
  2. Hey there..Any way you could email the mac and siloe flicks to contact@siloette.com?? Your images arent showing up for me and I am curious to see what you caught. Id really appreciate it ;)
  3. Hey..This is the siloe who knows warn. Not to be confused with the person who started this post. ( that is some bizarre coincidence..creepy even ) Yeah I havnt seen that homey in years. Anyways you have to give me a hint. Tell me where we met and it will all come back to me? http://www.siloette.com
  4. Hello- Someone asked about this. Its not linked to artcrimes yet because it isnt finished but Mac's site is- http://www.elmac.net The site is mostly about the artwork hence he tried to keep the illegal work offline. But in my opinion alot of his trains are where he really comes through. Also I agree, Alex One is really fresh.
  5. Re: Siloetta y Mac No problem dude..Email us when you figure out the dates. We will also be in your neck of the woods for a show in December. Lets work something out. contact@siloette.com contact@elmac.net
  6. mr. skae squiggy..This thread is awesome. See you tomorrow night..be safe on the travels..:)
  7. Wow.. Thats so nice to see where those paintings ended up... Thanks guys! nomadawhat (sp*)..You posted that silo sketch in the birthday thread. Did you draw that or is it a friend who also writes siloe? Im curious.. Ill have to post pictures of the new place soon. Very funky..
  8. I wrote a pretty long post but deleted it for the sake that it was before my morning/ afternoon coffee..This can be dangerous.. But serums point really hit the nail on the head for me. I had missed the design aspect and been struggling between the fine art vrs. product arguement.. And I probably wouldnt have thought much of Jokers comment untill you replied Kaws. Because at gallery openings things get hectic and you dont always have time to hit up peoples books. Totally understandable. Magazines Filter what they want..Totally understandable. But I think this whole thread really plays on the ego factor here. Theres no 12oz filter to scramble your words..Regardless of his status or not, regardless if you knew him or not. It shows how you handle your fans/critics. Pretty Lame!
  9. Ive never had any problems with http://www.imagestation.com Its free.
  10. Awol maybe its a Macintosh thing but Im seeing red X's. Fotango is moody. Good to see those Noel Flicks..
  11. Made it out to the exhibit in Brugge last week. Amazing work in an amazing town. It was really cool to see people of all cultures and age range walking around learning about it. Ill try to scan in work from it later..:) Heres the url for the site- http://www.brugge.be/Y.P.totaalprojectFRANS.htm
  12. Bump for the Host and Ast peices.. Also thumbs up for the Lazoo characters. Dude has style..
  13. If you need energy but you dont like the feeling coffee gives you Matte Tea is fucking amazing. Alot of cyclists drink it to get going. Theres nothing like it and it doesnt make you feel cracked out..You are just full of energy. Dont drink more than one serving and make it with warm water not boiling or your stomache will have a hard time.. If you "have" to go to Starbucks..This is what you do..Ask for an espresso over ice..Then rush over to the sugar counter..Pour in some creme for A breve or some milk for a latte and you are set..You have an iced drink for the price of an espresso. You save about 3 bucks... Dont oreder Frapps. theres no coffee in that junk anyways..
  14. Ive been a Barista for the last five years..Im a full on coffee fan. It used to be alot worse when I lived in Seattle because it was so much more of a social thing..You got off work from your coffee shop job and went and met your friends at another coffee shop..It would get to the point where I was drinking triples at 11:00 at night.. Now I tend to start my day off with some "Toddy"(ice brewed coffee for the people that dont know) Its awesome and you can do it at home..Brewed like tea but twice the caffeine and a clean crisp flavor that plain iced coffee doesnt have.. The shop I work at now uses Capulin at thier drip and Portofino espresso..So im in Heaven http://www.capulincoffee.com
  15. Nothing on a message board can ever sum up a loss EVER. I havnt seen Matt in a couple years..He was a very charismatic person and I cant help but smile when I think of his additude..Whether it was painting trips in canada or random conversations..He will be remembered.. Rest in Peace Plus..
  16. haha..What a surprise to be in the Draw a Member thread. Very cool.. Nice sketch Dredz:p
  17. Bigpoppa.k-Thanks for those links. And thanks for those statistics. Im going to do a bit of spring cleaning and give my site a face lift very soon. Thanks home slice Scott- for some reason I knew what you meant by bookmarking I just call it something else and wanted to double check. Now I have to find an art and design school that isnt a joke yet doesnt cost my first born child in cost.
  18. Thanks:) Im still not sure exactly what Im going to do yet..( to answer your question from training bible Scott ). I thought there were more web nerds on 12oz for some reason. Im still in limbo because I like my site to be available for more browsers then less. But I hate framesets and I want a site Im happy with to add to my portfoilio.. Scott- What do you mean bookmark with in the page?
  19. I started out using wysiwyg editors like Dreamweaver. But I didnt like the lack of control. I like to know the formula behind what Im building. I started this whole web design thing in December so Im still learning. I never knew it was such a challenge but so fun at the same time. Thats cool so netscape 6 does support iframes? Theres nothing worse then going to show someone your site and it doesnt show up. Ill look more into javascript as well. Thanks mr. president for the nice words. Mac and I have been working really hard lately. We need a vacation.
  20. Lately Ive been messing around with frames on my site. More and more Ive been looking at other sites and getting influenced by iframes. Easy code and they look great..Especially for the look Im trying to pull off. But when I fucked around with iframes I noticed that you cant see them in Netscape 4.7 and had to go back to framesets even though they bother me. I want my sections to stay lined up. I use explorer myself. Wouldnt people using iframes want everyone to be able to see thier site?. It seems like iframes are everywhere now. Is there something I dont know about? Are designers just not caring about netscape users to get the better look than framesets? (Im about to be at that point) Is there a way to make them available to netscape? Maybe by wrapping them in ilayers? Im mean people arent even using noframes..Seems like Netscape is getting the dick on this one. So I guess what Im asking is Frameset or iframe? and why. http://www.siloette.com Sorry to everyone else that has to read this html crap. Im frustrated. :bawling:

  22. joker you have to one of the most talented people I know..not to mention one of the most humble..looks beautiful. and to answer the question above it was during the W.T.O "riots" Which ended up being kind of a free for all for everything under the sun.
  23. haha..Thats one of my best freinds in the world right there..So slick his bag matches his paint.. Ill have to dig up some of my WTO flicks. http://www.bradandkathy.com/photos/WTO/3/image/dscn1650.jpg'>
