  1. yeah all you kids are retarded, its clearly not king b or king157, and its clearly a jam in ALABAMA, with a portrait of DR.KING on both sides of it. like damn what more do you need. problak, that shit is fresh and nice to see some selflessness at the usual ego-fests. that said, this jam looks cool, ive never been down south...id love to roll down for this next summer...is it a 'first come first served' type jam or do have to like register some space? id love to troop down there next time. and i love the SFR dudes, but damn guys, that one thing (SNAKE? maybe?) is a really really really intense AMAZE bite. its one thing to rock that 70s funk look, or even a REASish vibe, but that piece like literally has letters done identical to amaze. the A and the E with the finger point in particular. no diss to yall but damn that shit is like wow
  2. shore? i strongly disagree with shore being in the same realm as mber or rumor. bad choice for your example. and while mber and rumor are ill and been around for over a decade, the STAK and CAMP is still by far way more of a catch, and blahblahblah's point was a good one - fr8s are already an iffy genre in that lots of these new kids dont bomb or paint any real steel....but if youre gonna be just a fr8 nerd, at least recognize the few gems that you have....i mentioned this on some other thread recently where someone was shit-talking BRAZE from philly, when that dude has been doing frieghts since the early 80s. im sure mber and rumor both would agree that stak and camp is the realness and yet it seems to get glossed over in favor of the trendy stuff by all the internet nerds. whatever, old man complaining aside, the STAK/CAMP was the best catch on the thread. also, the fr8 unlabled under the Dubs way up top is APEL.lies.ng
  3. one of the best writers in philly. strange though, never crossed paths. much respect...also the great escape is a fresh movie. http://bl4ckh4m.com/~niser/s31esteme1.JPG'>
  4. the boy BONK!!! thats the homie that kaput is hot too mber jbue apes sigh tre i like that "helps" too
  5. fourth of all SACRE BLEU!!!!!
  6. STAY 160 you shouldve sung us the lyrics to that gay "should i stay or should i go" song in 160-speak.
  7. funny things about this thread: 1. i was baffled by the bad english on a bunch of white dudes, but then after someone later started dropping info, i realized its prolly cause dude speaks french. lol 2. some dude dropped info on the spot, city, yard name, the whole enchilada. smooth!!! 3. original dude said "graffers" then some one made a hilariously facetious reply about how gay that is....but then like 10 kids who dont understand sarcasm/facetiousness start dissing *that* guy for saying graffers! making fun of the guy who was making fun of it first. maybe everyone on this thread speaks french. 4. the dude posted a picture of himself making a peace sign and doing some kind of face that looks like hes constipated. 5. some other kid replied to said photo and just called dude a fucking geek. considering theyre all in high school, that sounds like some good highschool dissing. sacre bleu! 6. finally theee best part of this thread is that THIS piece was found by a highschool student on a PERSPECTIVE drawing fild trip: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v448/cyens/Dscf0039.jpg'> oooh weeee. you cant write comedy this good.
  8. ive never heard of any of these fr8 dudes you posted. post more

  11. Re: GAY damn i didnt see this crap^^ man stop your whining..you shit is the only thing booty on that car. dude is a legend, youd hafta paint for about 19 and half more years to catch up with him. plus thats hardly an ill side bust, they didnt cram you or anything....lots of big city spots like here in philly or out west are so crowded that lots of shit just gets gone over if its crap.....so considering they are better than you clearly, just be happy it didnt get painted over. and do your homework next time before you come sideways at a legend..that braze next to your thing just upped the property value on that car 100 fold.
  12. braze was definitely an early freight pioneer...as well as phillys SUROC..i have flicks of suroc on conrail flats from 82...full on pieces with characters. everyone knows graff started in philly...but id be willing to bet that fr8 graff did too (excluding monikers of course)...suroc told me he painted the fr8s because they just thought like a train was a train, like it counted as a subway too (which he also hit in philly)....respect to braze and suroc and AB63 (who strangely enough gets a shout out on that company flow graff song LUNE TNS - el-p says "original fr8 hitter, AB63" !! AB63 was short for 63rd street, the border of west phillys Overbrook neighborhood and home to lots of philly legends like him, suroc and later on, surocs pupil, a guy named "espo") any with credible info about aerosol fr8 graff predating these philly guys, let me know...ive yet to hear otherwise http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v114/ident/awwww/BilazeCemekReno.jpg'> also as a side note for those who arent in the know, this is a new braze ^^ the dude is still at, including street stuff in philly....hes getting close to 20 yrs painting...as ali g would say....eh you know the rest
  13. hahah go internet, what a scam but yeah man my lil sister was living in corktown, i drive in, picked her up had dinner at some place called small plates, then ice cream at some place across the street from motor city brewery or something then i woke up and drove her home..no time for any hanging...but i wanna come back and paint, i liked the vibe of the city a lot...reminded me of pittsburgh 8 yrs ago. if i go back ill hit you up
  14. i was in detroit for the first time this weekend, that city is pretty fucking cool. i wish i had time to do some painting, but was only out there for some family shit....but i gotta say that town is also pretty fuckin rugged and bombed out the people i saw most up were esau grim and ARMY by far. trutl too, but i guess that goes without saying.
  15. you should really wait until *after* your little sister hits puberty before pimping her on graffiti websites.
  16. yo lil twerp i dont know who you are, but leave my name out of any beef you have...xrae and nore showed up for a fight and didnt back down....some other people got involved that werent invited and fucked up the whole shit...dont spread shit if it aint your biz....the beef was squashed in regards to me. LMNO = leave my name out.
  17. i think dudes str8 letters and fillins are banging....especially ill to see a piecer of his quality consistently do illegal shit....lots of people at his level of piecing wont go near anything illegal

tencents being "sarcastic"...dude you blew up habits spot!!! but yeah, i too only recently learned about all the clean trains getting done in the states. i have maaaad catching up to do. also: what is interrailing? im not clear on what you all mean. (ps: this whole long discussion should be cut out of the wholetrain thing and stickied...i leanred a lot here...very friendly discussion. thanks all you europeans and europhiles.....i know nothing about australia either.....whats up, do people paint steel in africa?)

lol!! my original point was i thought there actually wasnt *less* trains here..but you all proved me wrong!! so im saying, i guess having less trains here just adds to my overall point from before: the difference in the way things developed + the huge gap in aftermarket media = less incentive to hit steel here, more incentive there. bottomline: we all would prolly fuck anna kournikova if given the chance.

    Wholetrains

well, i stand corrected then...but if thats true, that would prolly really contribute to the argument that theres also a lot less steel to actually paint here.

yeah i was gonna say, nG, how many of those are really authentic subway systems? i can think of like 6 or 7 MAJOR ones in europe, and about 5 or 6 in the states. of course in europe, theres waaaay more shit like trams and commuters...but if you count those trams, then theres also like 30 more systems i could think of in the US....that would mean philadelphia has about 6 transit systems not including the commuters. so, if you squeezed alllll of the US into the size of europe, i think youd be surprised to find that theres really not that big of a gap, honestly.

    Wholetrains

^^ i dunno, commuters maybe....but subways i dont think theres really *that* much more in europe. in the US theyre just spread out more....
