  1. in my own opinion i think these shoes suck. although they do help with your running form,.but you can do that yourself without these shoes. the reason i think they suck is, ive seen plenty of athltes running in these and run over a rock and thats it for them. there's not much padding for all terrain running. outside. glass. nails. rocks. also if you are not running on the balls of your feet with a slight lean forward, then you are running the wrong way. running heel to toe with give you shin splints. http://www.runningplanet.com/training/toe-ball-heel-foot-strike.html
  2. any flat shoes are good for squats deads but so is barefoot, or with some socks im excited about tomorrows workout. what im not excited about is how bad my ripped callus is going to get after this.   12. what all of you need to remember is, its not what everyone else thinks about you man. its about how you see yourself. and if your happy painting giant cups of coffee and not actually being a writer and getting bread for it then by all means homie paint coffee go nuts.
  13. my strength workout goes something like find your one rep max in squat, push press, and dead lift then find 90% of that max and work with 75-85-95% of those numbers 5x5x5 last set till before failure then a de load week with light reps

  17. this might sound lame but i got into working out when i realized i was not in shape to be climbing 3-4 rooftops a night. not easy ones obviously that and my cardio was way off. now if i go on any mission i know for a fact that if i get into any chase. i am GONE real quick i also look and feel way better. the best part about it is, you cant even tell im in shape. i look like a little ass dude its really funny when i think about it
