  1. Just got back from a dolo trip to Japan. Didn’t know where else to post these. Shit was fun, wish I had more time, didn’t start getting into mypicture taking groove until mad late into the trip due to Japanese whiskey being so cheap.

  9. Holy shit. That last one was Oscar worthy compared to the first two. Also the ending is a mega twist. It's like that movie The Game with Michael Douglas.

  10. some random finds in butler, pa: really old stuff on blocks trackside here, too, also from butler. passenger service used to be pretty big on the B&LE up until the mid 1950's: here is what remains of a depot from way back then, tracks removed, note the platform sticking way out past the end of the buiding where people would board:

  11. not from today, these are from wednesday. but these are from my recent travels around looking at stuff. really diggin catching these signs places from NW Pa. to further south(there is another even NE Ohio i found on google maps & have pinned to go and find soon): ^this one seemed really "fresh", like someone had it cut and stuck it on there just for fun...as CN took ownership of the Bessemer & Lake Erie line in 2004. ^same one as above.

Haven't flexed in here for a minute, but this year we grew 2 mason jars of popcorn, kernels were kinda small tho, so I wasn't sure if it would pop. IMG_1433.mp4 IMG_6194.mp4

  20. https://edition.cnn.com/style/article/egypt-temple-cleopatra-lost-tomb-scli-intl-scn/index.html Martinez and her team uncovered a 1,305-meter (4,281-foot) tunnel, located 13 meters (43 feet) underground, the Egyptian Ministry for Tourism and Antiquities recently announced -- an architectural design experts called an "engineering miracle." "The excavation revealed a huge religious center with three sanctuaries, a sacred lake, more than 1,500 objects, busts, statues, golden pieces, a huge collection of coins portraying Alexander the Great, Queen Cleopatra and the Ptolemies," Martinez told CNN. "The most interesting discovery is the complex of tunnels leading to the Mediterranean Sea and sunken structures," she added. Exploring these underwater structures will be the next stage of her search for the Egyptian queen's lost tomb -- a journey that began in 2005.

  23. Thanks for this bump, and sad to see I predicted such an outcome in the Team Alpo post I made. RIP AyeBee I’ll never forget his coke infused meltdown thread and having experienced a similar situation myself I completely relate to the struggles and pain we can find ourselves in as a result of dealing with the loss of a woman that we love. And the thread that gave his username change was a classic memory from here, and the pics that ran through our heads as readers as we got updates from inside the swamp or whatever as it was happening was just the pinnacle of internet happenings

  24. Just back from an off grid adventure, I was an island bwai!!!! Took a very short time to ocean fish. There's a Swedish fish conspiracy going on right now, only bags of red fish, so I went with a Haribo gummy mix. As I predicted some months ago, I was sharing the spot with marine life. This seal popped up the first time I stepped out the door with my rod causing a delay in game. Anyhow, nothing caught for the short time I spent fishing but for the hours I did spend with the ocean I saw a lot of marine life.
