Nice to see this thread bumped. Not sure how flex worthy lasagna is but this is a beef sausage and squash lasagna. Grew my own squash. Beef sausage and ricotta fresh from a local meat/dairy farm. 2 local mozzarellas, one smoked and the other I used mozz pearls. Made my own sauce using the sausage.

Not up to my standards, trash.

I’ve been binge watching wife swap for the past couple days starting with the first episodes from 2004. This shit hits real different 17 years later in this cancel culture society.

A 3ft-4ft snake was found chilling in my office a few days ago. It was sitting curled up in a 5in x 5in hole in the wall where a bunch of network cables go into the wall. Thankfully it was a rat snake. When the snake was attempted to be caught it immediately went into the wall. We started cutting access panels in the wall and put a camera in the wall and chased the thing back and forth until it disappeared into the wall somewhere. Have not seen it since.
