an open call for gadjets and gizmos that tech friendly people are into. let me start it off with this new toy I ordered (yes.. online) this afternoon. I just got a computer at home, but no internet, so I found myself burning a cd every night with things to take home from work. So that made me look at getting a USB jump drive. Well this one is 256MB AND it's an mp3 player. Yes I know everyone should have an ipod.... but for $90 you cant go wrong. ^ all the classic atari games in a controller that plugs directly into the TV. Sure the games arent great, and you can get them all as free roms, but having that classic controller sitting on y…

Despite being for a good cause, I had no desire to wear a livestrong bracelet until I got one of these. Now I got a the livewrong one on my left wrist and the yellow one on my right. The right versus left, bad versus good metaphor works well since I'm left handed and I got some bad juju Get em here: http://www.livewrong.net/ http://www.drunkcyclist.com/

for years I only wore shelltoes, something to do with me thinking that that’s what graffiti writers wore, I was young and naive any way i still have a few pairs but they rarely see the light of day to be honest, but this 35th anniversary series is shaping up to pretty fucking special, looks like adidas are upping the the bar a bit for this, no half assed attempts at over hyping ‘limited editions’ they are actually giving the consumer something really special, the web site they have got up is amazing, not seen anything this good from any other cooperate before, all the bases are covered, cant wait to see all the shoes, the ones ive see so far look pretty tight, lots of in…

STOLEN! STOLEN! STOLEN! STOLEN! STOLEN! STOLEN! STOLEN! STOLEN! We'll make this one quick so that you have enough time to read the full story in Sneaker Freaker and on their website. A few weeks back we previewed a special Beinghunted NB 576. We received a lot of inquries/pre-orders for this model which many thought to be (yet another) collaboration. Here is some background information. The shoe is actually a one-off, produced for Beinghunted after a visit to their factory in Flimby, UK. NB had invited six people to take a closer look at sneaker production and in the end offered all of them the chance to put together their own colorways. One h…

Looks like the BAPE shop in NYC finally opened. Haven't been there, but word is that it opened on Dec 13th with a line that went around the block. Anyhow, just passing on the info for those in NYC. A Bathing Ape 91 Greene Street SoHo, NYC Likewise, another sneaker shop opened up in Wliiamsburg, Brooklyn. There's some teaser photos here: http://freshnessmag.com/content/features/files/1204/n7/ N SEVEN 218 North 7th ST Brooklyn, NY If anyone makes it out to either store and has a camera, post flicks.

BASIC Fish & Chips restaurant "BASIC" at a port of England welcomes a houseful of customers as always! Their specialty is a softly boiled pea, called "Mushy Peas". This dish comes with only 8 to 9 peas per serve. You know why? You will know why if you hear how they prepare the pea. They carefully select qualified peas from their homegrown, and play "You Really Got Me" for about 24 hours to the peas. Then, each pea is carefully heel kicked, and is undulated by hyper dimensional wave. What an elaboration!! And it tastes so nasty. Bet no one can eat it. You should try once! JELLYBEAN JB stands still under a linden tree and trying to see the realit…

Minimalist Radio

The Mouseradio is a fully functioning radio without buttons. The idea was to use the mouse navigation and to implement it in a radio. Moving the radio vertically changes the volume, moving the radio on the horizontal axis changes the frequency being tuned to. The radio is on, when the black speaker points up in the air.

what's everyone's favorites? here's the categories... 1. favorite single tee (graphic). 2. favorite blank (just the shirt itsel, not considering graphics) 3. favorite overall company. 4. top three favorite colors in order. here's mine (though i go through phases). 1. probably the kate moss tee by supreme. (maybe because it was so ridiculously sought after) 2. probably prps simply because they use a type of cotton with a coarse sort of weave (the cut is more a fashion style, but it usually suits me since i'm pretty lean). texture reminds me a little of denim. second would be any type of premium weight, ring-spun, brushed cotton blank. 3. tough one.…

I'm kinda curious of people's opinions on what's more important in the denim purchasing decision. Do you place more emphasis on the cut (fit), or on the wash/dye? granted both are imporatnt, but which is the biggest deal breaker in dropping money on denim? obviously, this isnt intended for the type of person that buys whatever's cheapest or on sale, but rather someone that really appreciative of a finer product and willing to pay for it ($160+). also how important are the trims and detailing? do you prefer simple and classic, or do you appreciate extra detailing/branding? i don't mean over the top stuff, but rather the details that help distinguish a brand. example: …

I'm curious if anyone else remembers the sort-of skate company Jobless Anti-Work Wear? I remember having a shirt with a simple design of guy with a suitcase and a big red crossed out circle over him. Similar to combining a mens bathroom icon and a no smoking sign... I'm losing it.. Seriously, does anyone else know what I'm talking about? I can't find it anywhere on the net. I'd love to find some vintage stuff with it.

I guess this thread doesnt reflect the whole atmosphere of the forum but anyway. I've been looking at this stack of shoes i have and i realise i still have pairs that i bought even 4 years ago. I buy about 5-6 pairs everyear when what i concider logic for my needs would be three. Then i get into phases where i'm totally digging a particular pair and wear non stop for a month maybe more, sometimes i get completely unmotivated from some buy and i never wear a pair at all. All these means that none of my shoes reach the point of use where you just throw them away, so i keep'em..same goes for clothes in general..the thing is that i always feel much more comfortable wearing ol…

QUOTE]First warning. This is funny, other people are doing it and promoting stuff they are selling. Why pick on me? It is not like I am trying to sell a house. I thought people might find what i am selling helpful for Djs. So i am officially dicsiplined from a dude that is down with graffiti. What the fuck? There is no authority in graffiti. The future graffiti has gone to the shitters if I am being disciplined for putting records that i am selling on this site. I find something really wrong with this. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Hey all, I dropped this question in the stores and boutiqes thread about a month ago, with no results. I used to buy all my ink off of bombing science.com, but they have recently stopped selling most of it online. I live in Vancouver and the only places I knew where to buy ink closed, Futuristic Flavor and FWUH. Im looking for Marsh,Garvey and Nero more specifically. Any online stores that sell and ship in Canada are cool. I've ordered this shit from the states, and after shipping and currency conversion, AND taxes on both sides, it seems borderline, not worth it.
