GamblersGrin Posted September 1, 2004 Share Posted September 1, 2004 i think the prosecution fucked up the case bc they had some forensic fellow do his little science on the girl and his conclusions were not favorable to what the prosecution wanted to hear. there is a item called a "discovery," and that must be turned over to the defense, which the prosecutuion failed to do. so the defense is trying to get and just may get a dismissal of the case bc the prosecution fucked up. more beer down south.
