    WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE DO TO KEEP YOURSELF IN SHAPE? ARE SOME OF YOU EATTING A HEALTHY DIET? I DONT HAVE HEALTH ISSURANCE AT THE MOMENT. BUT THE HEALTH CLINIC TESTED MY CHLOSTERAL HIGH, AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THE CHEESEBURGER A DAY IS NOT CUTTING IT ANYMORE. GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTION ON A HEALTHY DINNER. I AM CLUELESS. MAYBE IT IS TIME TO GO TO VEGGIE ROUTE AGAIN.

    I've been meaning to jog every day for like the past 2 months......I have maybe done it 3 times.

    Join a recreation sports team or something. Buy a Weight Watchers cookbook. And yes, maybe cutting out the cheeseburger a day might help....

    No more potato chips! but you should jsut eat lots of salads for a while and drink lots of water and gatorade to flush your system. and maybe sniff coke too

    THE POTATO CHIPS HAVE TO GO, ITS A SHAME TOO. MY NAME IS TOTALLY GOING TO SUCK NOW. BUT I HAVE BEEN DRINKING A GLASS OF VEGATABLE JUICE, AND ORANGE JUICE EVERYDAY. AND TAKING SENIOR MULTIVITATMINS. BUT THE JOG SOUNDS GOOD DR.DAZZLE. I GUESS I NEED A SCHEDULE. SOME KINDOF REGIMENT.

    ayo Eth, enough of this talk.. Im back in the 914... but i work 40 hours a week and have classes.

    WE HAVE TO FUCKING MEET UP ALREADY.

    No more juice. Juice = sugar regardless.
    No more fried shit mang.
    Cut down the bread, pasta, carb intake.


    Water is your good friend.
    You will pee like a fiend, but you will feel better.
    Sundown Multivitamins are good, theyre all individual so if youre getting too much of one thing you can cut it out.

    Fresh foods are a splendid thing, dairy is crap.

    YEAH BUT THE SENIOR CHEWABLES ARE SO DAMN GOOD. YEAH VEGGIES ARE A BIG CHANGE FOR ME. SOME RICE, BEANS AND BROCCOLI SOUNDS GOOD. LOOKS LIKE I GOT A MEAL PLANNED FOR TONIGHT.

    didnt fucking work for me!
    most expensive diet ever!

    umm.... I have a protein shake with
    Greens+ for breakfast and a cup of tea.
    Then a normal lunch, sometimes a burger with a salad,
    then at night I just have a snack and a pint or something.

    yeah.... I totally suggest getting Greens+
    or any of the 'green super foods' that are
    essentially 8 servings of vegetables in a cup.
    It's 3 teaspoons of a green powder that contrains:

    too big to paste - just look for yourself

    if you don't really know where to start, i suggest to just put some thought into what you are eating.
    intead of going for the easy option, cook yourself dinner. some meat, some veggies, and you're gold.

    its all fine to suggest getting on a super strict regimen right at the get go, but its hard to stick with if you're not used to it.

    A little willpower and and a little thought can go a long way.

    baby steps.

    they're going to have to rewrite health books when i die.

    i eat mainly, fast food, chips and tons of coke drinks everyday.

    and im in damn good shape. haha.

    it shall be the diet of 2068.


    i dont think it matters what you eat as long as you stay active all the time. (which i do).

    Haha, a slick FOX title.

    I have had bad cholestrol since my early teenage years. I was on a strict diet, and I had to get my blood tested on the regular. Then I pissed off my parents, and the diet went out the window.

    Now, I eat whatever (just came back from eating 10lbs of wings with my buddies), but I try and go to the gym regularly. As if.
