    breakfast is the shit. i'm a fan of cereal myself. some lucky charms or frosted flakes are nice. usually with a toasted bagel and butter. a big tall glass of skim milk, and a glass of oj. if i have enough time, then i'll eat some eggs.

    Breakfast might be my favourite meal of the day. Right now I'm eating frosted mini wheats with organic skim milk. They're good, but healthy at the same time.

    have you tried those new maple and brown sugar frosted mini wheats? those are pretty good, but after getting through the whole box i didnt want any for a while, the taste gets kinda old.

    I like to eat a bagel with honey on it and have a cup of coffee with some french vanilla. I eat cereal sometimes too.

    1-2 bowls of bran flakes
    1 bagel with cream cheese
    2 full cups of OJ
    1 cup of coffee

    bagels can be replaced by blueberry waffles with organic vermont maple syrup.
