    A starting graffer or one that just does wack shit. Me, in other words. Many def. for that word. I'm getting up though. Not sure about the other question.

    if you dont no what toy means i dont think you should be riting dude.
    without knowledge u will be hurt. read up about graff is all i would suggest.
