It's not a hickey, although I expect that's what everyone will initially think. It came out of nowhere last Friday, and I originally thought it was a patch of pimples. A pimple patch. But then it started itching, and now it's got this crust/scab on the top of it. I'm afraid it's eventually going to take over my entire head.
