krs702 Posted June 25, 2004 Share Posted June 25, 2004 alright so a warrant for my arrest has been issued and i've spent alot of time contacting the police and court around this matter and finally ive found the detective who permited this shit who wasnt even there. so im wondering a "warrant for your arrest" does that mean they can just come to my house and arrest me? or if i got in trouble for lets say running a red light they can arrest me since there is a warrant on record for arrest? i originally thought they could come to my house and get me, but the lady i spoke to was sayin some different shit and i couldn't comprehend a damn thing she was saying. so lay some info down i would really appreciate it.
