So, I may be visting the UK within the end of the year.

My aunt recently passed away and she lived near Birmingham, about 100 miles from London.
Basically she left everything to my father.. including the estate, valued at nearly 500k.

My brother and I have always wanted to go to the UK.
I'd love to see a ton of shit, but I hope I have the time.
Hopefully I can make it to Ireland and Scotland.

Any specifics I should aim for?

what do you mean by "any specifics i should be aiming for"?

i say go to london with a grip of cash. buy a tube ticket and explore. that should keep you busy for a couple of days.

in dublin go to temple bar and get drunk. that's about all there is to do in dublin. oh, and try not to get mugged by the street kids.

    scotland? eerrrrrr.....i dunno. take heroin?

DUBLIN IS A PRETTY NICE PLACE I THINK, THE STREETS ARE BEAUTIFUL ESPECIALLY IN THE AFFLUENT AREA'S. IT KIND OF REMINDED ME OF MELBOURNE..

the streets are beautiful only in the affluent areas. the rest of the streets are full of piss, vomit, and beggars.

how did it remind you of melbourne? south dublin is kinda like the inner-east suburbs, but other than that they're worlds apart.

    what's a 'temple bar'?
