AORAone Posted February 29, 2004 Share Posted February 29, 2004 when i got home from work the tv was on, currently the channel is on WMAX, the movie is called "beutiful girls", from the looks of it the guy from dueces wild is on there, the boss. i dont know, i dont watch much tv to be honest, its depressing and a waste of time. i once read an article in a skate magazine about a pro-skater(who remained annonymous for some reason i think) that was watching a late night reality type ambulance show were the cameras follow the sirens and depict horrible wrecks, shootings, etc. they came to a collision invloving a drunk driver and a car full of teenagers. hanging out of the car was a foot with the pro model shoe he designed, this is when he realized that he would never meet this kid who supported him, and hed never get to thank him for being a fan and buying the shoe. hed never get to watch this kid skate, and he never ahd a chance on life, this is shen he realized that tv is depressing, watching peoples misfortune thru the saftey of a glass tube is wrong, this changed my perspective on tv. i dont watch it a whole lot now, havent since.
