    Im looking for a decent turntable. No DJing or anything, I just want to find something fairly affordable and that doesn't suck.
    any suggestions?

    i would say go with the technics 1200 but its probably not in your definition of affordable.....

    make sure you get a decent cartridge. nothing wears records out faster than crappy needles.

    damn get with the 21st or is it 22nd i dunno....its all about mp3's or whatever you can get free

    but if you really want to get a decent turntable spend $120 on one and that should last longer than you if you dont dj

    dude, for just playing records any old thing will do long as the cart and stylus are decent..

    can't go with anything other than tecnhique 1200's for gettin scratchy tho..
