TRADE YOUR LOCAL RAP

Recommended Posts

the whole hyphy thread got me thinkin, alot of people dont get to hear the undergruond rap that comes out of other cities. im from the bay but i want to hear some underground NY rap, shit like that. i also want to prove that "hyphy" is not the bays roots. the bay area rap scene was waayyyyy iller back in the day.

lets trade some joints, im not looking to hear any mainstream artists, shit i have never heard before

POST UP SONGS FROM YOUR LOCAL SCENE THAT YOU RECOMMEND

san quinnn, keak da sneak- hands in the sky

lil bruce, mac dre- ashowagwon

lil bruce, mac dre- CHEVYS & FORDS

i hate to give the impression that i'm saying this just because i know the dudes, but this is honestly the only album i've really liked and played repeatedly in the car in years.

you can listen to a clip of each song from the album on their website, even though that's not exactly the best way to hear new music.

edit: kansas city, missouri, by the way.
