avils Posted March 19, 2002 Share Posted March 19, 2002 stay away from numark and rane unless you like keeping countries that make crossfaders cashed up.. vestax all the way.. i got a 06ProA with a-mod for a super quick cut and a line fader mod that lets you use the existing crossfader curve (not used after doing a-mod) to adjust the cut for the line faders to the same curve as the fader. oh yeah, trickler mod on cue ins but thats pretty boring. my homeboy came up with a mod (among all the others he did) that lets you put an alps or cf-05 fader into that technics shdj so your faders will last for maaaaaad long compared to about 1 week with the normal technics fader.. mods !!
