THEY NEVER STOP: THE LOWER EAST SIDE NEW YORK

    THEY NEVER STOP
TNS aka The Non Stopers was a crew based on Mahattan's Lower East Side. The crew was formed in late 1979 and early 1980. EL3 (RIP) was the president. Membership included: LUS ONE (Vice Pres), RICH 2, SEC (RIP), LUCK, VFR, SNIPER, LEC ONE, BK ONE, LA2, HEC, BYE (RIP), LON (RIP), RO 2, SE 3, REN, NES (RIP), SOE, FIN 56, SPAR aka LED 2, DEN, DC (RIP), REVEAL, DY3, PR and JOCK. They hit mainly with insides and throw ups on BMT and IND lines (RRs, Ns, Ms Js LLs, Ds Es, Fs) during the early 1980s.

Two of the more prolific TNS members; EL 3 and RICH 2 became friends with MIN ONE and other members of RTW and expanded throughout the city.

^ Yeah I got the lyrics online somewhere, I realize that they were questionable. Pharoah I would love to see these pics...Also about what time period was tns uptown rockin it. I know that spade, serge and were always holding it down. also was lune tns affiliated with the tns from the lower east side or uptown, if either?

Its possible that it could be LUNATIC TNS from uptown,, but i never met the company flow cats, so i dont know..

i'd say tns uptown was like 82/83-85.. might be older but not that much older..

Spade was down with them like in 83-84, on some hustling shit... they just happeneed to also be writers..

serge was down with them like the same time.. late 82- 83

there was alot of neighberhood crews uptown, that just hit the 1's, 3's and the A's a little, and no one remembers them..

for example SBS from uptown.. SPICS BE SAVAGES... down with FC

FDB from 135th... FULLY DOWN BOYS.. (junior BallBusters)

WC from the 170s WILD CREATIONS

etc.. there were so many bro..
