RumPuncher Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 after a brutal month at work, I get a long weekend!!! and I'm spending it humping around furniture. Thursday - get paid a day early - go take a check to the new landlord - swing by the ghetto liquor store - get drunk and pack boxes! Friday - no work (fingers crossed) - move all my clothes, shoes and jackets in gym bags to the new place - do a few trips, it's only like 20 minutes away - sleep on a pile of cardboard boxes saturday - enjoy my last saturday morning on the patio, in my hammock - pick up a cube van mid afternoon - get two of my stronger friends to help me load and unload the van. - buy beer and 'za for the crew - big music fest, see my boys band play some swanky boutique hotel - skip out early, go see another friend's funk band play at a Stones Tribute bar. - crash in the NEW HOME! If I try something as sharp as what Key3 listed I'd either forget it, be too tired to do it or i'd just "do it in a minute" until I forget it or am too tired and so on. One of my friends is back in town from Spain...so I estimate I'll be getting very little sleep this weekend. I'm bringing eye candy for the boat and I'll probably shoot some photos...as well as a bit of work on the house. Sunday will be capped with some R&R and a nightcap. Leave work and either write my name on some walls or scoop a marginally attractive but nothing special fuck and never call backer from a club. Ill probably get a bottle of Scotch either way. Saturday- Formulate my finances. Try to figure out a way to fix my muffler for free. Smoke more weed and stack/ eat more fruit. Maybe grip a fex xanax bars and black out. Maybe bang out a wall. Sunday. Smoke weed and do the fruit thing again. I been smoking out of all sorts of fruits and vegetables. Apples seem to work the best so far. I miss having steady access to a pool. I lived in a condo for bit right on the lake and the pool was glassed in and looked out over some yacht clubs.
