okay im not tryin to start another long ass US vs America thread, or spoil the mood. I got tons of respect for euro writers who rock steel..and thats for real. but i gotta point this out. daytime trains? painting on train stations, going 5, 6 and 7+ deep to paint steel, and then clowning with the action shots afterwards. and i doubt the cops with the rifles are standing infront of that train to protect it from writers. if i didnt know any better i would say some of those sick ass hardcore passenger train spots look as chill as some freight spots that i have heard of. again im not trying to start an arguement here cause what other people think of freights is irrelevant to me. and all the writers painting in these fliks are on point just cause they are painting steel. but im sayin thogh, based on those fliks it dosent seem that all the trains in europe are as sketchy as some of the advocates would have you believe.

done all these in the states with in the past year....although i usually never stick around to clown in action shots

i agree with you, zed, there's all sorts of different difficulty levels on the other side of the pond but sometime the picture doesn't tell the entire story....daytime shots might be in the 15 minutes in between when the driver parks and security does rounds, and in some scandinavian countries it's light mostly all summer. etc etc...you get my point.

it's not worth getting the usual suspects all riled up again, lets just enjoy the flicks and make fun of those wearing puffy coats.
