  6. You are right,it was not clear on my previous note.I concider the paper as a flat surcafe with 2 dimensions. From your point of view everything is 3dimensional ,its true, our world exists and moves in 3dimensions.However physics and art differ in some cases.Science must always refer to actuality, art has the freedom and ability to refer to more hypothetical situations.
Dont take my words so literaly,i know you understand what i meant.

Did you really had to quote all 7 images?

Dude, those are fresh....i like the idea you're working with.

I think Marcel Duchamp did something along those lines...but i cant remember what...maybe im imagining it. (not meant as any sort of criticism, just in case you wanted to see how someone else worked w/ a similar idea)

either way, i like that stuff alot. pretty damn fresh.

  9. Thanks nipples,
Duchamp and his generation were to concerned on the Dimensions thing.I think duchamp had a theory that has our 3dimensional world as a shadow of a 4dimensional world etc...
He painted "The large glass" having these things in mind...aswell as many others.

finally, i get too see it.....
very nice experiment, i really liked how the third one came out....
whats the deal with the box though...i dont get it....

brick, brick ,brick...thats how i be up against your girlfriends ass...
  11. BOOGIE,In this project i worked with 55 tags,i felt that posting 5 of them is pretty much representative(sp?).Inside the box you can see all 55 of them.
But there is more to it.
Boxes work in almost the same way as those tags. They are big flat pieces of paper that fold in to a 3d geometrical shape.

i think it's pretty cool in concept, and in implementation...

[*]This is a work i did a while ago.It begins with a thought to bring 2D shapes in a 3D state, like folding a piece of paper.
I used the general outline of a tag like a shape to be folded, mostly by locking the empty space beetween the letters with their extentions(arrows etc).
Then i wanted to bring those "sculptures" to 2D again using photography.
    Anyways,enough with blah blah shit.
The thing is that i'd like your thoughts on this, its kinda important to me.
  15. Thanx for the feedback...
    BUMP,i wanna hear some more.
