    i'm writing a paper for my political science class on the 4th amendment. i was wondering if anyone knows of any state court cases regarding the illegal search and seizure of any writers. their bags, homes, computers, pictures..

    what kinda question is this? graffiti writers are subject to the same laws as armed robbers and kidnappers. except graffiti is a minor offense compared to capital crimes. You cant be searched without a warrant, unless their is reasonable suspicion like you are seen running from the sotc, and go directly to your house.
