    aldermen manny florez is trying to pass a law agenst graffiti writers. he is trying to give out rewards to any body who rats out a graffer, alot of people agenst graffiti are willing to give money as a reward this law has not been past yet but it will unless we do something if not graffiti in chicago will stop slowly {weselone spm crew} peace. :
