I'm not a huge fan of sloppy joes. If I was going to go the meat on a bun route...I'd prefer some kind of BBQ...ie pulled pork, poor russ or brisket.

However, I recently had the best meatloaf I've ever had in my entire life. Never was a fan until then.

    aww yeah.
i make a mean vegetarian sloopy joe.

saute up some onion, shallot and garlic in a little olive oil with chili powder, salt and pepper
add some morningstat farms fake meat
a lot of worcesteshire sauce and a can of tomato paste
    and SLOP!

maybe i should call em sloppy jims

dude don't forget the diced g.p.'s and onions, ya could put some tabasco in there too, and as they say, season to taste (aka put tha salt in there). there isn't much food i don't likes when it's got enough salt in it.
